Mohammed Shami return: Before the T20 World Cup 2024, a relief news has emerged for the Indian team. Team’s fast bowler Mohammed Shami has given an update regarding his injury. Let us tell you that Shami had undergone surgery and is going through the rehabilitation process. He has expressed his desire to return to the field soon. Along with this, he also shared a video of the rehabilitation process on social media.

Had spread shine in ODI World Cup :-

Despite the pain, Shami took part in the ODI World Cup held in India last year. He performed brilliantly throughout the tournament. Shami took 24 wickets in the World Cup and proved to be the most successful bowler of the tournament. However, since the World Cup final match against Australia, Shami has been away from the cricket field due to injury. He had to undergo mastectomy surgery in February this year.

Shami is also out of IPL due to injury :-

Since the ODI World Cup, Shami had missed the T20 series against Australia, the home T20 series against Afghanistan after the South Africa tour, and the five-match Test series against England.

Shami is also out of the current season of IPL due to ankle surgery. Due to his absence from the IPL, it is unlikely that Shami will be part of the Indian team for the T20 World Cup to be held in the US and West Indies in June immediately after the IPL.
