Happy B’Day Scottish Cricketer Leigh Kasperek, Leigh was born on 15 February 1992 in Edinburgh, Scotland, his full name is Leigh Meghan Kasperek, and his batting style is Right-handed, and Bowling Style is Right-arm off-break, and its 30th birthday.
Born in Edinburgh, Kasperek made his senior national debut at age 15, playing for Scotland against England’s county teams in the 2007 County Challenge Cup. His international debut came later in the year when he appeared in the European Championship against Ireland and the Netherlands.

Kasperek scored 218 runs in his ten matches for Scotland just off Katherine White. His best performance was a knock of 68 against Hampshire, which was his only fifty.
For the 2011–12 season, Leigh signed for Western Fury, a team in Australia’s Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL), also playing club cricket for Midland-Guildford.
Leigh switched from Scotland to Essex, for the 2012 County Championship season, although later in the year he played one last international tournament, the European Twenty20 Qualifier, in Ireland.
In addition to being selected as Essex’s Player of the Year, Kasperek signed for the Wellington Blaze later in the year, which plays in the New Zealand State League.
Kasperek had little success in his first season in New Zealand, with only 86 runs and one wicket in his eight matches. For the 2013–14 season, he switched to the Otago Sparks (based in Dunedin) and scored two half-centuries.
Leigh impressed more with his bowling, taking 18 wickets to finish as the competition’s leading wicket-taker, including figures of 6/8 in a match against Canterbury.
