New Zealand’s all-rounder Amelia Kerr performed brilliantly in the recently concluded one-day series against India. His performance led him to jump five places to No. 17 among batsmen while moving up four places to sit at the same spot among bowlers.

International Career of Kerr

She played his first international match in year 2016 against Pakistan Women. In the same year, Kerr also made her T20 debut against Pakistan Women. this match, this player could not do much with the bat but took 3 wickets in the bowling. In the year 2018, he was selected for the T20 World Cup to be held in the West Indies. Prior to this tournament she was named the only team to watch and then in March 2019, she was named as the International Women’s ODI Player of the Year at the annual New Zealand Cricket Awards.

Later in the same match, she also took 5 wickets for 17 runs, her first five-wicket haul in WODIs.
