India captain Virat Kohli on Saturday hit back at the “spineless trolls”. Who attacked Mohammed Shami’s religion after the team lost to Pakistan in their maiden T20 World Cup game. And said people should not believe in them. Specifying for is the “most Pathetic thing”.

Mohammed Shami, who suffered India’s 10-wicket loss, was trolled on Instagram for his Muslim identity.

When asked about trolling on the eve of his team’s crucial match against New Zealand. Kohli said- “Attacking one’s religion is the most Pathetic thing a human can do.” The senior fast bowler had to compete.

For Virat, social media trolls are nothing but a bunch of “spineless” people. Who doesn’t have the stamina to face real people in real life.

Several star players, including Sachin Tendulkar, posted messages in approval of Shami during the uproar.

“Everyone has the right to have their own opinion and experience about certain conditions. But I personally have never thought to differentiate (against) one’s religion.
