AUS vs NZ ODIs 2022: Steve Smith’s century and Australia’s Finch bid farewell with victory, Australia clean sweep the three-match ODI series against New Zealand 3-0. The Kangaroo team won the last match by 25 runs on the basis of Steve Smith’s century.

Australia won the third ODI by 25 runs on the basis of Steve Smith’s century. In this way, he made a 3-0 clean sweep in the 3-match ODI series against New Zealand.

AUS vs NZ ODIs 2022: Playing first in the match, Australia scored 267 runs for 5 wickets. Smith scored 105 runs. In response, New Zealand’s team was all out after scoring 242 runs. This was Australia’s ODI captain Aaron Finch’s last match.

He bid farewell with victory. However, he could not perform much with the bat in this match as well and was dismissed after scoring 5 runs. Smith scored 167 runs in the series and was also named Player of the Series.

Phil Allen and Devon Conway got New Zealand off to chase the target. Both added 49 runs for the first wicket. However, after this, the team stumbled and the score became 77 for 3 wickets.

AUS vs NZ ODIs 2022: Captain Kane Williamson could only score 27 runs. Tom Latham scored 10 and Daryl Mitchell scored 16. As soon as he was dismissed, the score became 112 for 5 wickets and Australia put themselves ahead in the match.

Glenn Phillips and James Neesham tried to get the team back with a half-century partnership for the sixth wicket. Neesham fell victim to Cameron Green after scoring 36 runs. Phillips scored 47 and Mitchell Santner scored 30.
