Australia’s Tim David re-signs with Hobart Hurricanes in BBL Rising star Tim David has been loyal to the Hobart Hurricanes in the BBL, signing an additional two-year contract extension in addition to lucrative offers from rival clubs.

The Singapore-born Australian, who was playing T20I cricket for Singapore but is eligible to play for Australia, is one of the hottest properties in T20 cricket at the moment, having been bought by Mumbai Indians for AUD 1.53 million in the IPL auction on Sunday went.

David is currently playing for Multan Sultans in the PSL and is determining to feature in Lancashire for the Vitality T20 Blast later this year.

Cricket Tasmania’s General Manager of High Performance, Simon Insley, said securing Tim David for another two years was important for the club. Especially as they join a new chief after Adam Griffith’s stand at the end of the 2021–22 BBL season. Looking for a coach.
