Biography of Sarfaraz Ahmed to be taught in schools in Pakistan

The biography of former Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed will be taught in schools. Recently his biography has been included in the Standard Urdu Book of Class IV. This decision has been taken by the Government of Sindh province of Pakistan and Sarfaraz Ahmed has expressed his gratitude for this.

On Thursday, Sarfaraz Ahmed’s wife Khushbakht gave this information on Twitter. After this Sarfaraz gave his response by tweeting. He also shared a picture of that book on Twitter and wrote,

Thank you, this is a great honor for me. As a role model, our job is to inspire children. I will always try it.

Pakistan won the Champions Trophy under the captaincy of Sarfaraz Ahmed

In fact, under the captaincy of Sarfaraz Ahmed, Pakistan won the 2017 Champions Trophy. The team had badly defeated India by 180 runs in the final match and won the match. After this Sarfaraz Ahmed became a big star of Pakistan.

Sarfaraz also has another ICC title to his name. He led Pakistan to victory in the 2006 Under-19 World Cup. He was the captain of the team at that time. Apart from Sarfaraz, the biography of Pakistan’s legendary female spinner Naseem Hameed has also been added to the syllabus.
