Yusuf Pathan has entered the second phase of his career. He made a bang entry into politics. In the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Yusuf Pathan contested from Baharampur seat on a Trinamool Congress ticket from West Bengal.
He defeated five-time Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury by a margin of 85022 votes. The voters of Baharampur gave 5,24,516 votes to Yusuf Pathan.
