Ashes 2023: Eoin Morgan made a big disclosure on Jofra Archer’s injury. The Ashes, a 5-match Test series between England and Australia, is starting from June 16.

Prior to this famous series, former England captain Eoin Morgan has given a big reaction to the injury of Jofra Archer.

Morgan said that he is very sad about Archer’s injury. Because he has been away from the field for several months due to injury.
Eoin Morgan, the veteran batsman, and captain for England, said that ‘I have spoken to Archer.
I have been fortunate enough to get to know many players during my career and many of them have become good friends.
So as a friend, I messaged Archer. I encouraged him and told him to give my support.
Archer will not be able to play summer season:-
Continuing his point, Eoin Morgan further said ‘I am very sad for Archer. Nothing could be worse than this.
He was away from the game for 18 months, came back, and got injured again. He will not be able to play in the very important summer season of English cricket.
Jofra Archer has been injured twice:-
Archer has not played a single Test match for England since 2021. After returning from injury, he was expected to play in the Ashes series to be held this summer season.
But in IPL 2023, he played a few matches for Mumbai and got injured once again. Jofra Archer has been ruled out of the entire English summer season due to a right elbow injury.
Jofra Archer, who was known for his fast pace, troubled the Kangaroo team batsmen a lot with his deadly bowling in the 2019 Ashes series, in front of him Steve Smith had to retire hurt.

Archer took 22 wickets in 4 Tests in the last Ashes series at an average of 20.27, so this time he is going to miss a lot for England.
