Babar Azam lost his temper: Babar Azam is currently captaining Peshawar Zalmi in Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024. During the PSL match, some spectators teased Babar by calling him ‘Zimbabar’, after which the former Pakistan captain’s blood boiled. He threatened to hit the spectators present in the stadium with water bottles, the video of which is going viral on social media. Let us tell you that many cricket fans call Babar as Zimbabwe to troll him.
Babar Azam threatened to hit the bottle :-
The viral video is of Peshawar Zalmi vs Multan Sultans match, which was played on 23 February. It can be seen in the video that Babar is sitting on the side with the technical staff. Then a group of spectators starts shouting ‘Zimbabar-Zimbabar’. In such a situation, Babar angrily turns back and threatens to hit the water bottle. He also signals with his hand to come closer. However, Babar’s threat does not have much effect on the audience and they keep saying ‘Zimbabar-Zimbabar’.

What is Babar called Zimbabwe?
Babar made his international debut in 2015 and has made many records in his name till now. He is compared with batsmen like Virat Kohli. However, Babar flopped in many important matches for Pakistan in the last two-three years and questions started being raised on him.
Trollers started saying that Babar’s bat is strong only against Zimbabwe, due to which his average is better. For this reason he started being teased by calling him Zimbabwe.
