ODI World Cup 2023: Babar Azam gave a statement for the first time regarding the World Cup match against India. Pakistan captain Babar Azam on Thursday said that his team is focused on winning the ODI World Cup in India.
Not looking To Beat The Arch-Rival:-
And they are not just thinking of defeating the arch-rivals (IND vs PAK) in the match to be held in Ahmedabad on 15 October.

Pakistan are expected to travel to India for the ICC tournament, although their participation is subject to government clearance.
Babar, currently one of the top batsmen in the world, told a press conference that his team is not just focusing on the crucial match against arch-rivals India but will try to do well in the entire World Cup.
We Have To Do Well in Every Match:-
He said, “We are not thinking of just playing against India in the World Cup and winning. If we want to win the ICC title, we have to do well in every match, that’s what we are trying to do. ,
He said, “We are going to play the World Cup in India, not just playing with India.” Babar said the players are busy preparing for the ongoing series.
Babar said the ongoing turmoil in the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will have no bearing on the national team’s performance in the ICC ODI World Cup and the series before it.
