The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the issuance of a request for proposal (RFP) for providing security services.

The Bids from reputed organizations for Providing security services:-

BCCI invites bids from reputed entities for providing security services through a tender process.

The detailed terms and conditions governing the tender process including eligibility requirements, procedure for submission of bids, rights and obligations etc. are contained in the ‘Request for Proposal’ (“RFP”).

Non-Refundable Fee and any applicable Goods and Services Tax:-

Which will be making available on receipt of payment of one. A non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) and any applicable goods and services.

The procedure for receiving the RFP documents is listing in Annex A of this notice. The RFP will be available for purchase until February 13, 2023.

Interested parties are requesting to email details of payment made for procurement of RFP as per the procedure laid down in Annexure A to [email protected].

The RFP documents will be sharing:-

It is clarified that the RFP documents will be sharing only after confirmation of payment. of non-refundable RFP fee.

Any interested party wishing to submit a bid is requiring to purchase the RFP. However, only those fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribing in the RFP and subject to other terms. And conditions prescribing therein will be eligible to bid.

It is clarified that mere purchase of RFP does not entitle a person to bid.

BCCI reserves the right to cancel or modify the bidding process at any stage without assigning any reason.
