BCCI Announces Selection Committee For Indian Women’s Cricket Team. The BCCI also announced the names of the members of the selection committee of the Junior Cricket Committee.
Scrutinized applications for the posts of Selector:-
The Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) consisting of Ms. Sulakshana Naik, Mr. Ashok Malhotra, and Mr. Jatin Paranjpe scrutinized the applications for the positions of selectors in the Women’s Selection Committee and Junior Cricket Committee, respectively.

The Cricket Advisory Committee has unanimously recommended Ms. Shyama De Shaw and Mr. VS Tilak Naidu for the above posts.
A left-handed batsman and medium pacer, Ms. Shaw represented India in 3 Tests and 5 ODIs.
Then represented Railways from 1998 to 2002:-
He first represented Bengal in domestic cricket from 1985 to 1997 and then represented Railways from 1998 to 2002.
After his playing career, he served as a Bengal selector for two terms.
Shri Naidu, a former wicketkeeper and batsman, represented Karnataka from 1998 to 2010 as well as South Zone in the Duleep Trophy and Deodhar Trophy.
He scored 4386 runs in 93 first-class matches. He chaired the KSCA junior selection committee from 2013 to 2016 and also served on the KSCA senior selection committee during the 2015–16 season.
