BCCI Gave ‘Support’ Of Rs 1 Crore To Anshuman Gaekwad, Kapil Dev’s Campaign Proved Successful! As you might know, former Indian cricketer Anshuman Gaekwad has been battling blood cancer. For the past year, he’s been undergoing treatment at King’s College Hospital in London.
The BCCI secretary, Jay Shah, has directed the release of ₹1 crore as financial aid for Anshuman Gaekwad. He even spoke to Gaekwad’s family to check on their well-being.

This positive development comes after former Indian captain Kapil Dev urged the BCCI to help Gaekwad.
