There is no consistency in their Panel Performance:-
Actually, it is being said that the Cricket Board of India (BCCI) can soon reshuffle it after the T20 World Cup in Australia.

In the case of team selection, there is no consistency in the performance of Chetan and his panel in recent times. Because of which this decision can be taken.
A BCCI official, on the condition of anonymity, said, “A lot depends on how the Indian team will perform in the T20 World Cup.
Board does not choose a new cricket advisory committee:-
Most of the people on the board are very happy with Chetan but he will remain in his post till the board elects a new cricket advisory committee.
BCCI Selection Committee: However, Chetan may have to wait a bit for his future as well. But former representative Debashish Mohanty has to step down in a few months.
The reason behind this is that he has completed a total of four years in the junior and senior selection committee. The official further added, “The rules applicable with Abhya Kuruvilla also apply to Mohanty.
Devang Gandhi’s term completes:-
Mohanty was inducted into the junior panel by the CoA in early 2019 and moved to the senior committee after Devang Gandhi’s tenure ended.
By the way, vicissitudes are not a new matter in BCCI. This change has happened recently in the board, and that too a high-level reversal.
The board’s AGM was held in Mumbai on Tuesday. Roger Binny became the new chairman of the board in place of the BCCI president. This wind was going on for the last 1 month which ended on Tuesday.
