Dane van Niekerk: The Former South Africa Captain Retires From International Cricket. Former South African international captain Dane has called for the end of an illustrious international career.
Niekerk represented South Africa from 2009 to 2021:-
The 29-year-old played a lone Test, 107 ODIs and 86 T20Is for the country, making some significant contributions.

He took one wicket in Tests, 138 wickets in ODIs and 65 wickets in T20Is. He also made a useful contribution with the bat, scoring 22 runs in Tests, 2175 in ODIs and 1877 runs in the shortest format.
Van Niekerk last represented his country in 2021. The former skipper was a notable omission from his team for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023.
