It started raining in the evening half an hour before the toss time yesterday. Around 6:30 pm local time and did not stop for long for at least the next two and a half hours.

However, by the time the rain stopped after 9:00 PM local time and the covers were removed, the two Super Supers were already in action by around 8:30 PM IST. Fans will be hoping that the full game takes place on Monday.
