BCCI’s Central Contract: Dhruv Jurail And Sarfaraz Khan Got BCCI’s Central Contract, Iyer’s Wait Continues. The BCCI has finally handed central contracts to the young batting sensations, Dhruv Jurel and Sarfaraz Khan, as promised! These two rising stars became eligible after playing in the recently concluded fifth Test against England.
But Wait, Where’s Iyer?

How To Get That Contract?
To qualify for a central contract, Sarfaraz and Dhruv needed to play a minimum of 3 Tests, 8 ODIs, or 10 T20Is. They clocked in 3 Tests against England, making the cut!

The BCCI had already announced that players meeting the minimum match criteria would be placed in Grade C. And that’s exactly where our two young batsmen are now!
What About Iyer Though?
Shreyas Iyer’s situation is a bit trickier. The board took him off the contract list after he skipped the Ranji Trophy.
So, Who’s In?
The big names in Grade A+ include Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, and Ravindra Jadeja. Grade A boasts Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj, KL Rahul, Shubman Gill, and Hardik Pandya.
