ECB CEO’s Revolutionary Proposal: Disabled Cricket Will Get A New Dimension! The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) just threw a major curveball! Their CEO, Richard Gould, wrote to his counterpart at the BCCI, Jay Shah, proposing the creation of two national cricket teams for players with disabilities.

This is a massive step towards inclusion. One team would be for visually impaired (blind) players, and the other would be a combined team for players with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and hearing impairments.
