This is the record for the highest total in any competition in fifty over cricket. Surrey had scored 496/4 in ODIs against Gloucestershire at the Oval in 2007. The England team crossed this score and scored the highest ever in the history of all ‘List A’ cricket. 498 runs is also the highest total of ODIs. England now also holds the record for making three highest totals in ODIs.

For the third time in ODIs, three players of any one team scored a century in the same match :-
For the third time in ODIs, three players of a team have scored a century in the same match. England’s Phil Salt (122), David Malan (125) and Jos Buttler (162*) scored centuries against the Netherlands.
The last two times this was done by South Africa in the year 2015. South Africa’s Hashim Amla, Riley Russo and AB de Villiers scored centuries in a single ODI for the first time against West Indies at Wanderers.
At the same time, for the second time this happened against India. Then Quinton de Kock, Faf du Plessis and AB de Villiers of Africa scored centuries.
ENG vs NED: Liam Livingstone scored the fastest half-century for England :-
Liam Livingstone hit a half-century in 17 balls. It is the joint second fastest fifty. Former South African legend AB de Villiers holds the record for the fastest fifty in ODIs. He scored a 16-ball half-century against West Indies in Johannesburg in 2015. This is the record for the fastest fifty in ODIs for England.
Eoin Morgan and Jonny Bairstow hold the record for the previous fastest half-century for England. Morgan scored half-centuries in 21 balls against Australia in Nottingham in 2018 and Jonny Bairstow against Ireland in Southampton in 2020.

Livingstone scored the highest 32 runs in an over for England :-
Liam Livingstone scored 32 runs in an over from Philipp Boisven of the Netherlands. This was the biggest over for England in ODIs. Earlier, for England, Dimitri Mascarenhas scored 30 runs against India in 2007 by hitting five sixes in an over of Yuvraj Singh.
ENG vs NED: Butler scored the second fastest century for England :-
Butler scored his 10th century of ODI career in 47 balls. This is the record for the second fastest century for England. Butler also holds the record for the fastest century for England. He scored a century in 46 balls against Pakistan in 2015. Butler is also at number three.
He scored a century in 50 balls in ODIs against Pakistan in 2019. Butler is now the only player in ODI cricket who holds the record for scoring three centuries in 50 or fewer balls.

Butler made the record of second fastest 150 runs :-
Butler scored 150 off 65 balls. This is the record for the second fastest 150 runs in ODIs. Former South African cricketer AB de Villiers completed 150 runs in 64 balls against the West Indies in Sydney in 2015.
Butler’s name is also at number three in this list. He scored 150 off 76 balls against West Indies at St George’s in 2019.
ENG vs NED: David Milan’s record :-
England’s David Malan became the second player to be involved in two partnerships of more than 180 in the same ODI. He first shared a partnership of 222 runs with Philip Salt and then 184 runs with Butler.
The first player to do so was former South African cricketer Hashim Amla. He shared a 247-run partnership with Riley Russo and then 192-run partnership with AB de Villiers in Johannesburg in 2015.

England hit 26 sixes in their innings against the Netherlands. This is the most number of sixes hit by a team in a single ODI. England’s team is also at number two and third in this list. He scored 25 against Afghanistan in Manchester and 2 against West Indies at St George’s in 2019.

England scored 274 runs between 31 and 50 overs. This is the most runs scored by a team in the last 20 overs of an innings of ODI cricket. Earlier in 2015, South Africa scored 267 runs in 31 to 50 overs i.e. last 20 overs against West Indies in Johannesburg.
Buttler contributed 162 runs out of 274 runs for England. This is the second highest contribution by a batsman in the last 20 overs. India’s Rohit Sharma holds the record for contributing the most runs in the last 20 overs. He scored 171 runs between 31 and 50 overs against Sri Lanka in 2014.
Philipp Boisven became the fourth highest run-getter Khialdi :-
Philipp Boisven of the Netherlands conceded 108 runs in his ten overs. This is the fourth most runs by a bowler in an ODI innings. Boisewain became the second spinner after Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan to score more than 100 runs in an ODI. Rashid had conceded 110 runs in nine overs in the World Cup match played in Manchester.
