What did Babar Azam say in the press conference?

Babar Azam said in the press conference before the final match – When we come on the ground, all the players give their best. We give 100 percent for our fans, and we will give our best tomorrow in the final as well.

The way we have come back in the last 4 matches, will definitely give us confidence in the final. All the players are excited, and hopefully the result will be in our favor in the final.

Azam said about the opposing team England in the final – they are a good team, and before the World Cup we had played a bilateral series and both played a good game.

Of course, the team did not play well in the beginning, but the way our players came back is good. We went back to the lions. We reached the semi-finals last year, the finals in the Asia Cup, and the finals here in the World Cup.

Babar Azam agreed that the game of Powerplay matters a lot. He said that we want to play a good game in the powerplay.

He said – We keep our faith in Allah, and whenever we get opportunities, we make use of them. On meeting Rameez Raja, he said – When you meet the chairman before the final, it gives you confidence.

Regarding the possibility of rain, Babar Azam said – We are not paying attention to it. We want to focus on the performance and not the rain. We want the full match to happen.

Regarding the importance of the toss, Azam said- I do not think that the toss affects much. We will decide everything by looking at the condition of the stadium.
