Former Gloucestershire and England seamer Jon Lewis is set to be appointed the next England coach. Jon Lewis replaces Lisa Keightley, who left the role at the end of the summer to return to Australia after taking over in 2019
England women’s new head coach:-
There was only one name in the running to become the new England women’s head coach, Jon Lewis.

One name, i.e. shared by both the major candidates. In the end, the 47-year-old former Gloucestershire and England seamer, Jon Lewis, has won the race and is set to be appointed ahead of the 52-year-old former Durham captain and coach, Lewis.
Brendon McCullum took over this summer:-
The successful Lewis was bowling coach under Chris Silverwood in the England men’s setup, and he remained there when Brendon McCullum took over this summer.
However, at the end of the season, he was quietly moved to work in the player pathway; He is currently in the UAE with the Lions, with the main team flying out tomorrow to prepare for the tour of Pakistan.
Didn’t win a major title under Keatley:-
He enjoyed long playing careers with Gloucestershire, Surrey, and Sussex and worked as a coach there as well as with the Young Lions of England.
