England Team To Take Its Chef With It For Pakistan Tour

ENG Tour of Pakistan: England team will take its chef along for the Pakistan tour, ECB is not happy with the quality of Pakistan’s food. Under the captaincy of Ben Stokes, the England team will tour Pakistan (ENG Tour of Pakistan).

The England team will take its personal cook to Pakistan:-

Where both teams will play three test matches. But before that, the England team will take their personal cook with them to Pakistan.

England will tour Pakistan for three Test matches starting on 1 December. Also in the same report, it has been said that the limited overs team players and support staff had given feedback that the quality of the food was not good.

Also, there were some England players who complained of stomach upset during parts of the seven-match T20I series against Pakistan.

Omar Mezian will be the team chef for England:-

According to ESPNcricinfo, Omar Mezian will be the team chef for England and he is the same person who worked with the England men’s football team in the same capacity during the 2018 FIFA World Cup and Euro 2020.

However, this is the first time that the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is bringing in a specially employed chef for an overseas tour.

England have to play three Test matches against Pakistan from December 1 and that will start in Rawalpindi. Also, the next two Tests will be played in Multan and Karachi.

Moen Ali raised questions on the quality of food:-

During the T20I series against Pakistan in September, England’s stand-in captain Moeen Ali raised questions about the quality of food served there after visiting Lahore and Karachi.

ESPNcricinfo quoted Moeen as saying, “I am a bit disappointed in Lahore in terms of food. Karachi was really good.”

When England toured Pakistan earlier this year, they won the seven-match T20I series 4-3, and later, the Three Lions also won the T20 World Cup.
