Flintoff was Admitted To Hospital After Suffering Facial Injuries:-

Andrew Flintoff was hospitalized in December after suffering facial injuries in an accident while filming the TV program “Top Gear.” After this he has been seen very rarely.

He was airlifted to hospital after crashing a car at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome, leaving him with broken ribs and injuries to his face and jaw.

Fans got their first glimpse of Andrew Flintoff during the first ODI between England and New Zealand. Injuries can still be seen on Flintoff’s face.

Flintoff Joins The England Coaching Staff As A Mentor On This Tour:-

Some of his pictures are going viral in which he can be seen sitting next to Ben Stokes and Joe Root in the balcony. Flintoff has joined the England coaching staff on this tour as a mentor.

According to the PA news agency, Flintoff, a close friend of England managing director Rob Key, is set to remain with the team for the remainder of the four-match series and interestingly, his role is unpaid.
