The Former cricketer and Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu reduced 34 kg weight in jail with the help of meditation-yoga. Rogers is lodged in the Central Jail of Patiala in connection with the case. Which can be released on 26 January.

Meanwhile, the most interesting news is that he has reduced 34 kg weight while in jail due to meditation, yoga, and a strict diet.
Let us tell you that the 6 feet 2 inches tall Sidhu, the legendary cricketer of the 1980s and 1990s, now weighs 99 kg. He is serving a one-year sentence in the 1988 road rage case.
According to former MLA Navtej Singh Cheema:-
According to Sidhu’s aide and former MLA Navtej Singh Cheema, Sidhu meditates for at least four hours, does yoga and exercise for two hours, while studying for two to four hours, and sleeps only for four hours.
Cheema met Sidhu in Patiala Jail for 45 minutes last Friday, during which he said, “When Sidhu Saheb comes out after completing his sentence, you will be surprised to see him.
He looks exactly as he used to look in his heyday as a cricketer. He has lost 34 kilos and will lose more.
Now his weight is 99 kg. But since he is 6 feet 2 inches tall, he is looking great in his current weight. He looks calm because he spends so much time in meditation.
He is feeling really good:-
The former MLA said, “He is feeling really well. He told me that his liver, which used to give him problems, is better now.”
Cheema further said, “Sidhu is suffering from non-alcoholic fatty liver and embolism. The doctors advised him a special diet including coconut water, chamomile tea, almond milk, and henna tea.
He is away from sugar and wheat and eats only two meals a day. He doesn’t eat anything after 6 pm.
