Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) 2023: Former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir may leave the IPL franchise Lucknow Supergiants.

Recently, LSG appointed Justin Langer as the head coach in place of Andy Flower.

But now there are talks of Gautam Gambhir also leaving the LSG. There had been discussions earlier also that all was not well between the franchise and Gambhir.

According to a report in Dainik Jagran, former Indian cricketer, and mentor of the Lucknow team, Gautam Gambhir will soon leave the team. Gambhir is in talks with his old team Kolkata Knight Riders these days.

An IPL source said, “All I can say is that after Andy, Gautam Gambhir is also ready to leave LSG, just don’t ask me anything further or further than that.”

Lucknow recently roped in former BCCI chief selector MSK Prasad as a strategic advisor after appointing Justin Langer as head coach.

At the same time, there is also speculation about Gautam Gambhir being in touch with Kolkata Knight Riders. Gambhir has a long association with KKR.
