MS Dhoni Cheated 15 Crore: Former Indian Cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni Was Defrauded Of Crores Of Rupees. Dhoni’s former business partner has defrauded him of Rs 15 crore.

The Criminal Case Filed in Ranchi Court:-

Dhoni has filed a criminal case in Ranchi court against Soumya Biswas and Mihir Diwakar of Arka Sports and Management Limited.

This has created panic in the cricket world. Social media fans are very angry with Dhoni for cheating.

Mihir Diwakar Did Not Follow The Given Conditions:-

Dhoni, popularly known as Captain Cool, has become the victim of such a big fraud. It is being told that Diwakar had signed an agreement with MS Dhoni to set up a cricket academy at the world level. Some conditions were also laid down for this, but Mihir Diwakar did not follow the given conditions.

Diwakar was supposed to pay Arka Sports franchise fees and share profits, but he did not do so. Dhoni has suffered a lot due to this. It is being told that Dhoni has suffered a loss of Rs 15 crore due to this.

The Rights Given To Arka Sports Were Canceled:-

After not following the conditions, Dhoni sent a notice to Arka Sports on 15 August 2021. Along with this, the rights given to Arka Sports were canceled.

Dhoni had sent several notices against his business partner, but still to no avail. Dayanand Singh, who represents MS Dhoni through Vidhi Associates, has given this information.

He said that Arka Sports had cheated him. Due to this MSD has suffered a loss of Rs 15 crore.
