Former selector chairman and 1983 World Cup winner of the Indian team Player Sandeep Patil has suffered a heart attack.

Sandeep had chest pain on last Monday night and after that, he was admitted to Holy Spirit Hospital.

On the same day Sandeep (Sandeep Patil on Heart Attack) was also examined several times. But now Sandeep Patil seems to be out of danger.

Sandeep Patil told the Times of India that “I was having severe chest pain and was feeling restless. After that one of my friend Dr. Vaibhav Kasodekar admitted me to the Holy Spirit Hospital in Darkness.

Some more tests were done at Guru Nanak Hospital in Bandra:-

Though my ECG was normal. After that I got some more tests done at Guru Nanak Hospital in Bandra”.

He further added that “Then after taking his advice, I underwent CT angio under the supervision of Dr. Srinivas Desai at Jaslok Hospital.

After that, some calcium was found in my main line but now on Thursday Dr. AB Mehta and Dr. Ajit Desai will do my angiography and during this they will decide further course of action”.

He again said that our 1983 World Cup team has lost Yash. After that Kapil Dev also had a heart problem and now I have one.

It Also Needs Repair:-

Although there is nothing to worry about. It is a 66-year-old machine and now it needs to be repaired.

Let us tell you that former BCCI President Sourav Ganguly also had a heart attack in the year 2022 and he also underwent angiography.
