Latif said this in his statement

The former Pakistani captain said that “our players are joining the ICC rankings after a long time and winning awards as well. Babar and Shaheen won ICC awards. They (PCB) could not digest it. They said we are not like that.” Let it happen and now we are here and we will take the decision. Those who have never rested themselves and who are in their 70s or 80s and need rest.
