Dinesh Karthik says he’s super fit to play for the next 3 years, especially with the new Impact Player rule making things a bit easier.

He even boasts a perfect attendance record, never missing a game due to injury in his 3-decade-long career! “Fitness wasn’t ever the issue,” says DK. But to play for those 3 years, he admits the mind needs to be just as strong as the body.

A Look Back at DK’s Career

Dinesh Karthik debuted on the international scene almost 20 years ago. He’s also been a constant presence in the IPL, playing for not just RCB, but also Kolkata Knight Riders, Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings, Gujarat Lions, and Mumbai Indians! Overall, DK represented India in 26 Tests, 94 ODIs, and 60 T20s. On top of that, he played a whopping 257 IPL matches.
