International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the winners of ICC player of the Month for March
The nomination was given for Best Performance by both male and female cricketers of the month of March 2021 including all formats.
Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar won the ICC Player of the month for March for his stunning performance recently series of India against England
Bhuvneshwar Kumar said- I am happy to play for India again. I used the time to work on my fitness and skills and I am happy to take wickets for my country. I would like to thank each and every person who helped me in this journey started by my family and friends and my teammates.
Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan and Zimbabwean, Sean Williams were also nominated for ICC Player of the Month of March 2021, but Bhuvneshwar Kumar won the award.
The South African Lizelle Lee won the March ICC Women’s Player Award for her great performance against India
She scored a century and two fifties to second top the list in Tires ICC Women’s ODI batting rankings
