He has included two great Australian legends, including former Australian player Mike Hussey, in his coaching staff.

For the upcoming World Cup, England have made a big move and has roped in a stalwart in their coaching staff who understands the Australian pitches, the Australian team, and the atmosphere there.
Mike Hussey and David Saker join the England coaching staff:-
Mike Hussey played good innings for Australia, he knows Australian pitches better.
How a team should be molded in Australia, how it should play and what strategy should be worked on.
The 47-year-old Hussey has played 38 T20 Internationals and 59 IPL matches. He also has coaching experience for a long time, played for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL, and is currently part of the coaching staff of the same franchise.
David Hussey has been appointed as the Coaching Consultant of the England team. David Saker, who was England’s bowling coach between 2010 and 2015, has also been made a coaching consultant for the World Cup.
David Saker is also from Australia and understands the pitch, and the atmosphere very well. Having the 57-year-old David and Mike Hussey on the coaching staff will definitely help England. This is a good decision for the England Cricket Board.
