ICC Women’s Player of the Month shortlist for March 2023 revealed Two scintillating all-rounders and a scintillating pacer have been shortlisted for the ICC Women’s Player of the Month.
Cibona Jimmy of Papua New Guinea:-
Papua New Guinea’s Cibona Jimmy played a key role in her team winning the Pacific Islands Women’s Cricket Challenge, with the 30-year-old contributing with both bat and ball throughout the tournament.

Jimmy set the tone for the tournament with a fiery 24-ball 41 against Samoa and followed it up with a solid 33 in the next match against Fiji.
Ravina Oye of Papua New Guinea
Cibona Jimmy is joined by her teammate Raveena Oye in the ICC Women’s Player of the Month shortlist.
Raveena was also key to PNG winning the Pacific Islands Women’s Cricket Challenge, ending the tournament as the leading wicket-taker with 10 scalps.
Henriette Ishimwe of Rwanda
Still just 19, Henriette Ishimwe has already played close to 50 T20Is for Rwanda. And once again showed glimpses of her all-round skills during March.
Ishimwe made a promising start to the Nigeria Cricket Federation Women’s International Twenty20 tournament. With impressive performances with bat and ball against Ghana.
After a flamboyant 22-ball 32 with the bat, he produced magical figures of 4/4 to reduce Ghana to just 41.

The teenager managed to better his performance by scoring a 33-ball 43 against Cameroon and followed it up with his maiden T20I five-wicket haul. And his best bowling figures (5/6) in the shortest format.
