An earlier report said that a “normal,” “good Test match” pitch has been constructed in Ahmedabad. At present the GCA Pitch Curator has not received any specific instructions.
“We have not received any instructions from the Indian team management and our local curators are preparing normal tracks as we have always done throughout the season,” a state association source told PTI.
