Bumrah handed over the command of Team India:-

He was immediately sent for isolation and Jasprit Bumrah was given the command of Team India for the 5th and final Test against England. In which Team India has already taken a 2-1 lead in the series.

When India toured England last year, Rohit had scored 368 runs in four Tests at an average of 52.57. He scored two fifties and a century during this period.

Also earlier this year he started his leadership stint at home against Sri Lanka. Under his leadership, the Indian team registered impressive victories in both the Test matches.
