IND vs SA 4th T20: Aiden Markram ruled out of series, update on Quinton de Kock’s injury

IND vs SA 4th T20: Before the fourth match of the 5-match T20 series, the South Africa team has suffered a setback. In fact, the team’s middle order batsman Aiden Markram has been out of the remaining two matches. This has been confirmed by the South Africa Cricket Board.

IND vs SA T20:- Aiden Markram was found to be Covid positive last week :-

Markram was found to be Kovid positive last week after which he was sent to a 7-day quarantine but still he is not available for selection in the team which means he will not be able to play the remaining two T20 matches.

It was informed by tweeting from the Twitter handle of South Africa that Proteas batsman Markram will not be available for the remaining matches despite being Corona positive and being quarantined for 7 days.

South Africa gave the news of Aiden Markram being out of the series :-

An official statement issued by South Africa said that Proteas batsman, Aiden Markram; has been ruled out of the rest of the Proteas tour of India. He was sent to the Quarantine last week due to COVID-19 positive. The player has been cleared to return home after a person tests positive on tour.

IND vs SA: Update on Quinton de Kock’s Injury:-

De Kock was injured during the first T20, after which he was ruled out of the second and third T20 matches. On behalf of the South Africa Cricket Board, it has been said about De Kock that; “There has been a positive improvement in the injury of wicket-keeper batsman, Quinton De Kock.

The Proteas’ medical staff will continue to assess his progress and will make a decision on the availability of the fourth match in due course.

The African team is ahead 2-1 in the series, will go to Rajkot to win the series :-

IND vs SA: South Africa are leading 2-1 in the 5-match series. In the third T20I, India beat Africa by 48 runs to register their first win and keep their hopes of winning the series alive. The fourth match of the series will be played on June 17 at Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot.
