The team has entered the final of IPL 2023 by defeating Gujarat Titans in the first qualifier. The eliminator match of this season is to be played today i.e. on May 24 between MI and LSG. There will be a battle to reach the final between the five-time champion team and LSG. Recently, former Indian player Harbhajan Singh has described Piyush Chawla as Mumbai Indians’ trump card.

IPL 2023: Talking on Star Sports, current commentator Harbhajan Singh said –

“Piyush is a great bowler. This year, he dodged many batsmen of every team with his spin and contributed significantly in helping Mumbai reach the playoffs. I am happy that he made a big comeback this year as last year he was ignored by every team. Whereas this year all the teams say that nothing beats experience. There are not many like Piyush.”

In fact, Mumbai Indians veteran bowler Piyush Chawla has won everyone’s heart this season by performing amazingly with the ball. At the age of 34, he won accolades everywhere in IPL 2023 by taking wickets from young to very experienced batsmen. He has taken 20 wickets playing a total of 14 matches, in which his economy rate was 7.81.
