Gautam Gambhir reacts to Rameez Raja’s statement that Pakistan will not tour India for the ODI World Cup

Former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir has recently replied, “It is the decision of BCCI and PCB. Whatever decision they take, they will take together,” he had told ANI.

Cricket pundits and former players have given a befitting reply to Rameez Raja’s explosive comments, “Who will watch the World Cup in India if Pakistan does not participate?”

Earlier in the week, Sports Minister Anurag Thakur said “Wait for the right time. India is a major power in the world of sports & no country can overlook India,” he told ANI when asked about the comments of the PCB chairman.

If the Indian team comes here, we will go for the World Cup. If they don’t come then they can play the world cup without us

The response came as a response to Rameez Raja’s comments, which said, “If Pakistan doesn’t take part in next year’s World Cup in India, who will watch it? We have a clear stand: if the Indian team is here If they come, we will go for the World Cup. If they don’t come, we can play the World Cup without us. We will take an aggressive approach. Our team is performing. I have always said that we need to improve the economy of Pakistan cricket. Need and it can happen only if we perform well. We beat India in the 2021 T20 World Cup. “We have decided that we will not travel to Pakistan. We will play at a neutral venue,” said Jay Shah, who is the secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India and also the chairman of the Asian Cricket Council.
