‘Bio-bubble’ rules will not apply to the upcoming series:-
He has said that the ‘bio-bubble’ rule will not apply to the upcoming series against South Africa.

After the end of IPL 2022, India will play a five-match T20 series against South Africa.
Which will start on 9th June. Players will be able to live in a normal way in this series. The bio-bubble ban won’t be around for a long time.

IND vs SA: Speaking to Times of India, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah said, “If I am not mistaken then the bio-bubble for IPL 2022 was the last one.
For India and South Africa T20 series, players will be tested for Covid, but there will be no bio-bubble. ,
When asked about the bio bubble of IPL, he said, “Yes, it is tough for the players. However, he has a family-like atmosphere inside Hotel Bio Bubble.
The tournament was held at the same venue:-
In the case of IPL, we had dedicated hotels for each team. Whereas the tournament was held at the same venue. All the teams had their own lounges and entertainment centers. So, he enjoyed it too.
Meanwhile, the BCCI has rested several key players ahead of the long tour of England. Players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah will not play in this series.
