IND vs SA ODIs: BCCI To Announce Squad For ODI Series Against South Africa
IND vs SA ODIs: BCCI will announce the team for the ODI series against South Africa, with Shikhar Dhawan as the captain and Sanju Samson as the vice-captain.
All members will be rested from the ODI series:-
After the T20 series against South Africa (IND vs SA), Team India has to play the ODI series. But all the members of the T20 World Cup team will be rested from the ODI series.

This means that in the ODI series, Team India will be captained by Shikhar Dhawan, not Rohit Sharma.
While captain Sanju Samson will do it. At the same time, the team led by Rohit Sharma will leave for Australia on 6 October.
A senior BCCI official said, “Rohit, Virat, and all the T20 World Cup-bound players will be rested from the ODI series.

While Shikhar Dhawan will lead the team. At the same time, the team will be announced after the third ODI between India-A vs New Zealand-A.
Let us tell you that India’s three-match ODI series will be played from October 6 and will end on October 11.
However, in just six days of the last ODI, Team India will play a practice match against Australia before the T20 World Cup.
Hence, the India T20 WC team will leave for Australia by 10 October to adapt to the conditions and time zones. Therefore the board has decided to form a completely separate team for the ODI series.
With this South Africa will have a T20 World Cup squad to play in ODIs. South Africa will also begin their T20 World Cup practice against New Zealand on October 17.
