IND vs SA ODIs Squad: Team India was announced for the ODI series against South Africa, in which Shikhar Dhawan will take over the command of the team.
Three-match ODI series against South Africa:-
India named their squad for the three-match ODI series against South Africa, which follows T20Is alongside Shikhar Dhawan.

Dhawan will lead India’s new ODI team in the series against South Africa starting on October 6 in Lucknow.
Ravi Bishnoi, Mukesh Kumar, and Rajat Patidar earned the first call-up, while some reserve players in the T20 World Cup squad were also part of the designated squad.
Shreyas Iyer, who is part of the designated reserve for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia, will be the vice-captain along with Deepak Chahar and Ravi Bishnoi along with other players in the standby list to be named in the ODI squad.
Gill will resume his Partnership with Dhawan:-
Shubman Gill, who impressed in limited opportunities in the ODI colors, will likely resume his partnership with Dhawan at the top.
Rahul Tripathi, Rajat Patidar, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Sanju Samson, and Ishan Kishan are the other batsmen on the team. Shahbaz Ahmed, who was recently called up to the T20I squad for the South Africa series, has also found a place.
The impressive feats of Mukesh Kumar in domestic cricket have also been rewarded. Avesh Khan, Mohammad Siraj, Shardul Thakur, and Deepak Chahar are also part of the pace attack.
The spin duties will be shared by Bishnoi and Kuldeep Yadav, with Shahbaz Ahmed offering the left-arm variation.

The squad with some fresh faces includes six players who could potentially make their ODI debut. Four out of six have not played any international match so far.
The series will begin in Lucknow on October 6 and will be following by the last two matches in Ranchi and Delhi on October 9 and October 11 respectively.
