IND vs SA T20s: Spinner Kuldeep Yadav’s troubles increased, Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravi Bishnoi, the first choice of team selectors for the T20 World Cup, Yadav (Kuldeep Yadav) made a strong comeback in IPL 2022 after a long gap of 24 months.

Kuldeep Yadav took 21 wickets while playing for Delhi Capitals. Spinner Kuldeep Yadav, popularly known as Chinaman, won four Player of the Match awards for his return to Team India.

But the road to the T20 World Cup to be held in October is still not easy for Kuldeep Yadav.

The team selectors believe that Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravi Bishnoi are still ahead of them in the race.

IND vs SA T20 Series: According to the selectors, the competition in the T20 World Cup for Kuldeep Yadav is very strong.

The five-match T20 series against South Africa can prove to be a big test for him. A member of the selection committee told InsideSport, “Definitely, it will not be an easy race for Kuldeep Yadav.

He was Really impressive in IPL:-

He will have to prove himself once again at the international level. And He was really impressive in the IPL and that confidence will help him. But he needs to work on some things.”

With the South Africa series coming up soon after the IPL, the selectors opted to rest some key players keeping the tour of England in mind. Along with Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Axar Patel, and Ravi Bishnoi are in the race for the spin squad.

But this is where the difficult journey begins for Kuldeep Yadav. Ravi Bishnoi made an impressive start in the West Indies series, troubling the company of Kieron Pollard.

Axar Patel has already established himself as an all-rounder while Yuzvendra Chahal is the Purple Cap holder in IPL 2022.

It will only help him grow:-

“I don’t think this competition will be a problem for him (Kuldeep Yadav). Bishnoi, Jadeja, and Chahal are all his good friends and this will only help him grow.”

Despite having a great IPL season, Kuldeep Yadav will have to go through a tough race for the T20 World Cup.

While Kuldeep Yadav will get many opportunities during the South Africa series, he will still have to beat his elder brother like friend Yuzvendra Chahal and new spinner Ravi Bishnoi in the race to make it to the team in the T20 World Cup.

There could be another long spell on the bench with the return of Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin, who failed to make their mark against South Africa.

With the T20 World Cup due later this year, Kuldeep will do everything possible to enrich his form and cement his place in the team.

Jadeja, Ashwin, Chahal, Rahul (Chahar), and Bishnoi will definitely give them a tough fight. But having said that the experience he has and the determination he has shown in the IPL will be helpful to him.”
