IND vs SL 1st T20: Sri Lanka Team Reached Mumbai For First T20
IND vs SL 1st T20: Sri Lankan team reached Mumbai for the first T20. The series of three T20 and as many ODIs between India and Sri Lanka (IND vs SL) is going to start on January 3.
Dasun Shanaka led the tour:-
The first match (IND vs SL 1st T20) will be played at Wankhede Stadium Mumbai. The Sri Lankan team led by Dasun Shanaka has reached India from Colombo for this tour.

At the same time, Team India will also see the captaincy of Hardik Pandya in a new style for this series. The Twitter handle of Sri Lanka Cricket informed about the players leaving for India.
Giving information on Twitter, he wrote, “Sri Lanka’s limited overs team led by Dasun Shanaka left SLC HQ a while ago to leave for India tour.”
Some Sri Lankan players did well in the Lanka Premier League:-
Some Sri Lankan players have done well in the recently concluded Lanka Premier League in Sri Lanka. After exceptional performances in this league, players like Sadeera Samarawickrama and Avishka Fernando got a chance to make it to the 20-man squad for the upcoming T20I series against India.
Also, Chamika Karunaratne has been brought back, having been dropped from the previous series against Afghanistan for disciplinary reasons.
Sri Lanka’s spin attack will be led by Mahesh Teekshana and Wanindu Hasaranga and both these players can trouble the Indian batsmen.
Fast bowler Dushmanta Chameera is out due to non-recovery from injury. Sri Lanka’s pace attack will be led by Dilshan Madushanka, who has done exceptionally well in the T20 World Cup and Asia Cup.
