IND vs SL Series: Deepak Chahar out of the T20 series against Sri Lanka, the first match of the three T20 match series between India and Sri Lanka (IND vs SL) will be played on Thursday, 24 February at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow.
The Last Match of The T20 Series:-
Indian pacer Deepak Chahar, who was injured in the last match of the T20I series against West Indies, has been ruled out of the T20I series against Sri Lanka. Along with this, Chahar may also miss out on playing the initial few tournaments of IPL.

IND vs SL T20 Series: An official of the Board of Cricket in India (BCCI) said, he has been ruled out of the series and will complete his rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy.
It remains to be seen whether Chahar is fit for the Indian Premier League which is expected to start in the last week of March.
“The team has not asked for any substitute as vice-captain Jasprit Bumrah has already joined the team,” the official said.
He was injuring in the last T20I against West Indies. Due to this, he could not complete even 4 overs of his quota.
Venkatesh Iyer did the remaining overs of Chahar and also took 2 wickets in his name. Chahar’s replacement has not been announced yet.
Deepak Chahar had a strain on his right thigh, due to which he has left the bio-bubble of Team India.
He will now go to the National Cricket Academy, where he will be in rehab for 5-6 weeks.

Ind vs SL T20 Series: The last competition (Ind vs Wi 3rd t20) of the three T20 match series between India and West Indies (IND vs WI) was playing at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Sunday.
West Indies won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, India scored 184 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. In reply, the West Indies team could only manage 167 runs in 20 overs for the loss of 9 wickets.
Deepak’s Left The Over in The Middle
Chahar did the third over of the innings. He was taking the run-up to bowl the last ball of the third over. And He appearing to be in some trouble.
He didn’t even complete the over and went off the field. At the same time, Venkatesh Iyer bowled the last ball of his quota.

Since then, there were speculations that Chahar might miss the Sri Lanka series. In the IPL, Chennai Super Kings bought Chahar for Rs 14 crore.
