IND vs SL T20 Series: Team India’s jersey changed before Sri Lanka series. The three-match T20 series between India and Sri Lanka (IND vs SL) is going to start on Tuesday.

MPL will be replaced with a new sponsor:-

But before that, India will be seen replacing MPL on its jersey in the T20 series with a new sponsor. Team India Jersey kit will be sponsored by KILLER, not MPL. The name KILLER will appear in place of MPL in the jersey.

The team’s star spinner Yuzvendra Chahal posted a photo with the new jersey, in which Umran Malik, Mukesh Kumar, Rituraj Gaikwad and Arshdeep Singh are seen with him.

In the picture shared by Chahal, the name of KILLER brand is visible in place of MPL. Earlier, MPL was the sponsor of Team India till December last year.

His sponsor will be seen on the jersey of the Indian team:-

But he gave his last contract to KILLER, a clothing brand. Now this year his only sponsor will be seen on the jersey of the Indian team.

However, this is not happening for the first time, but in the last 6 months, BCCI has lost many sponsors. Paytm, which had the domestic rights of BCCI, had given its rights to MasterCard.

Apart from this, BYJU’S had also informed the board that they may exit early after terminating the contract. The first match between India and Sri Lanka is to be played on January 3 which will be played at Wankhede Stadium Mumbai.

After this, the second match will be played in Pune on the 5th January while the third will be played in Rajkot on 7th January. Also, after the T20 series, a three-match ODI series will also begin between the two teams.
