IND vs SL W: The series of three T20 matches between India and Sri Lanka women’s team is starting from Thursday. No broadcaster has shown interest in airing this series.

IND vs SL W: Decision to broadcast T20 match in Sri Lanka Cricket’s YouTube channel :-

Due to lack of interest by any broadcaster, it has been decided to telecast the first T20 match on Sri Lanka Cricket’s YouTube channel. The Sri Lankan Cricket Board still hopes that after the first match, some channel will show interest in broadcasting the rest of the series and the rest of the matches will be broadcast on some channel.

Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur also gave her opinion on this matter :-

Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur has also given her opinion on this matter. Speaking to the media before the match, Harmanpreet said, “I have heard things about the telecast of the series.

But no official information has been received from the board yet. I think something will be done about it till the last minute.”

IND vs SL W: Cricket series are important for Sri Lanka :-

One-day and T20 series are important for Sri Lanka, which is facing financial crisis. By hosting a cricket series, Sri Lanka again wants to attract foreign tourists to its country and get its economy back on track.
