IND vs ZIM ODI Series 2022: Rahul Dravid will not coach VVS Laxman on the Zimbabwe tour, Indian cricket team will tour Zimbabwe after West Indies. A 3-match ODI series (IND vs ZIM ODI Series) will be played between the two on this tour.

However, on this tour, the head coach of the team, Rahul Dravid will not accompany the team, but VVS Laxman will accompany the team on the tour in the role of coach.

Team India to tour Zimbabwe before Asia Cup:-

IND vs ZIM ODI Series 2022: The Indian cricket team is currently playing a T20 series with England, followed by an ODI series against England.

The tour of England will end with the ODI series, then Team India has to tour the West Indies. ODI and 5-match T20 series will be played on the West Indies tour.

Like last year, this time Team India has a busy schedule. After the West Indies tour is over, the team will tour Zimbabwe, then play the Asia Cup.

Team India’s A and B team has been formed:-

Due to this busy schedule, Team India’s A and B team has been formed. Recently in many series, you must have seen that the A team went on other tours and the B team went on some other tours.

Recently Team B played the T20 series against Ireland while Team A was preparing for the series against England at the same time.

Last year also Team B played a series against Sri Lanka. Last year the head coach was Rahul Dravid while in the Sri Lanka series, NCA head Rahul Dravid played the role of coach. Now Rahul Dravid is the head coach.

VVS Laxman will go to Zimbabwe as a coach:-

In the first T20 match between India and England, Rahul Dravid was not the coach but VVS Laxman was the coach with Team B. Whereas in the second match, Rahul Dravid took back the responsibility of the coach and VVS Laxman left for India.
