India Tour of England: Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer Leave For England Tour With Coach Dravid
India Tour of England: Wicket-keeper batsmen Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer have left for England along with head coach Rahul Dravid for the Test and T20 series and ODI series to be played between India and England.

At the same time, it is being said that the Indian Cricket Board wants to include Mayank Agarwal in the team instead of KL Rahul.

But, since Shubman Gill is already a part of the team as an opener, the team management does not see it as a need to add to the core team.
In fact, the team’s senior players have already reached England, after which the team’s coach Rahul Dravid along with vice-captains Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer are on board the series tie with South Africa.
Team up with the rest of the team in the UK:-
They will team up with the rest of the team in the UK before the warm-up match against Leicestershire on 24 June.
A senior BCCI official said, “Mayank will be on standby. This being a one-time Test, the team management doesn’t see the need to add a player and then send him home.
But if a player is injured during this period, then another player will be sent to England in his place.
India Tour of England: According to a board official, Mayank has already been asked to be on standby and prepare for red-ball cricket on his own.
Was seen in the Ranji Trophy quarter-finals:-
He was recently seen in the Ranji Trophy quarterfinals in Karnataka, he is still fit for the Indian team. Also, the official said that Mayank will continue to practice in Bangalore.
If the team needs him as injury cover, he will be sent to England. At present, he is not with the team. Had we played more than one Test, Mayank could have toured England with the team.
Significantly, KL Rahul has been ruled out of the England tour due to injury. At the same time, it is being said that he can go to Germany for treatment this month.
