IPL 2022: Delhi Capitals fielding coach Mohammad Kaif praised Rajasthan Royals off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin.

Ashwin Previously Played for Delhi Capitals:-

R Ashwin used to play for Delhi Capitals earlier but this time Rajasthan Royals bought this player.

While praising R Ashwin, Mohammad Kaif said that he is constantly evolving by adding new tricks.

IPL 2022: Kaif narrated an incident where Ashwin was badly washed by the batsman at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

It was An Optional Practice Convention:-

The first game was at Wankhede and he conceded many runs. The next day it was an optional practice convention. Players who played the previous game had the option to rest.

But Ashwin was with me on the bus. I asked him, ‘What happened? Today is just one optional session’. But he said, ‘I want to fix my length.

IPL 2022: Delhi Capitals fielding coach Mohammad Kaif also experienced that he never shies away from experimenting. Meanwhile, Ashwin is making a deadly combination with leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.

The off-spinner is keeping one end tight and has conceded no more than nine runs per over in almost every match. Chahal is the highest wicket-taker in IPL 2022.
