IPL 2022 Final: Gujarat Titans fast bowler Yash Dayal is fully excited to play the title match of IPL 2022.

“The team atmosphere is great, everyone is excited about the finals. Our focus is on playing well in the final. We are familiar with the pitch and ground of Ahmedabad as our camp was located earlier.

And it’s our home ground so it’s exciting. The focus of the entire team is on winning the finals,” Yash Dayal said while talking exclusively to ANI.

Talking about the IPL season, Dayal said:-

Talking about his first IPL season, Dayal said, “It is a big deal for me. This is my first IPL and debut season for me.

Earlier we were on top, then reached the final, it seemed like a dream, but now it seems to be a reality.

IPL 2022 Final: This fast bowler of Gujarat Titans has got a chance in the team after a long time. Yash Dayal played 8 matches and took 10 wickets in them.

When there was a dire need for wickets in many matches in Gujarat, Yash Dayal took the wicket and got his team back in the match.

“I am not satisfied with my performance as I am trying to contribute well with a good economic rate.

But sometimes I gave away too many runs. I am happy to contribute to our team,” said Yash Dayal.

Speaking about the dressing room environment and the support he gets from his team, the Allahabad-born Dayal’s left-arm pacer said, “Very good atmosphere because Ashish Nehra sir helps me a lot.

Lockie Ferguson and Mohammed Shami, all the team members support me and keep sharing their experiences, so it helps me a lot

It is always nice to interact with famous bowlers and share the dressing room with them. I am learning a lot from the experienced players of the team.”

Dayal was in high demand during the auction but GT ensured that they included the youngster in their team.

My life has changed a lot after the IPL auction. There is still a lot to improve and my ultimate goal is to play for the Indian team.

Gujarat Titans will face the winner of Qualifier 2 on Sunday in the final, which will be played between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore, who will look to make it to the final of the tournament.
